REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy Overview

Tabania Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to provide high-quality recruitment and career-building services through the JobHosts platform. Because our services—including job postings, resume database access, and premium profile enhancements—are digital in nature and often consumed immediately upon purchase, we generally maintain a No Refund Policy, except as expressly stated in this document or as required by applicable law.

2. Employer Services (Job Postings and Subscriptions)

Single Job Postings: Once a job advertisement has been approved and published on JobHosts, the service is considered "rendered." No refunds will be issued if an employer decides to cancel the posting early or if the position is filled through other channels.

Subscription Packages: Monthly or annual recruitment subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle. Tabania Inc. does not provide prorated refunds for the remaining portion of a subscription period.

Resume Database Access: Refunds are not provided for access to our resume database once any candidate contact information has been viewed or downloaded.

3. Job Seeker Premium Services

If JobHosts offers "Premium" or "Featured Profile" statuses to job seekers:

Immediate Value: Because the benefits of increased visibility and profile branding are applied to your account immediately upon payment, these purchases are non-refundable.

Technical Errors: If a technical error on the part of JobHosts prevents your premium features from being displayed correctly for more than 48 consecutive hours, Tabania Inc. may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial refund or an extension of the service period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances and Credits

Tabania Inc. values long-term partnerships with our users. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, issue a Service Credit (rather than a cash refund) in the following scenarios:

Accidental Double Billing: If a system error results in a duplicate charge for the same service.

Account Removal for Violations: If an account is terminated by Tabania Inc. for a violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund or credit will be issued for any unused portion of the service.

Platform Downtime: In the event of significant, unplanned platform outages that prevent the delivery of paid services, we may issue credits to be used toward future purchases.

5. Fraudulent Activity and Unauthorized Charges

If you believe your payment method was used fraudulently on JobHosts, you must contact us immediately. We will investigate the transaction and, if verified as unauthorized before the service is fully consumed, we will facilitate a refund. Please note that filing a "chargeback" with your bank without first contacting Tabania Inc. support may result in the permanent suspension of your account and your business entity from the JobHosts platform.

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel a recurring subscription or close your account, you must:

Log in to your JobHosts dashboard.

Navigate to "Account Settings" or "Billing."

Follow the prompts to "Cancel Subscription." Cancellations must be processed at least twenty-four (24) hoursbefore the next scheduled billing date to avoid further charges.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding billing or refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Billing Department within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Requests submitted after this window will be deemed invalid.
