A leading cloud services firm are currently on the lookout for a Desktop Support Manager (Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange, Office 365) to be the face of IT for the business as well as Manage/mentor and train a talented team of Desktop Support Engineers. 

The Desktop Support Manager (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365) can expect a role that is split 50/50 between hands on management and acting as an escalation point for the team. 

In terms of skills, the Desktop Support Manager (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365) should have grounding within Windows support - this includes Active Directory/Exchange as well as being able to work with Office 365. 

The Desktop Support Manager (Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365) should also have strong managerial/leadership experience within a medium sized business.
